TIME MANAGEMENT
Plan your “Perfect Day,” as inspired by Dr. Martha Beck. Strive to achieve it and refine it every day.
Get your work done in the morning without distractions. Do not check email, phone messages or social media until after noon.
Use Google calendar to document and plan your life.
Wake up to the sun. Move outside promptly after waking up and collect some real sunlight into your eyes. I usually couple this with a 15 to 20 minute pilates or hand weight workout.
Sleep in the dark. Do not interrupt your sleep with any phones, computer devices, TV/ entertainment.
BODY MANAGEMENT
Establish a nutrition plan regarding what you will eat and drink and stick to it.
Practice daily SEx. (Strenuous Exercise)
Reach and maintain a healthy weight and strength.
SPIRIT MANAGEMENT
Commit to believing and living a faith in God that is Love.
Grow in your faith by studying the scripture and teachings of your faith. I use the scriptures of many faiths and make a daily record here.
Establish a gratitude (prayer) program and practice it outloud daily.
Commit to a love-based faith community that will empower you to serve those in need and each other. I actively practice my faith in a multicultural Church.
Find one or more ways to make music, art and dance and practice that skill until you can perform it. Then bring joy to others through your music, art and dance.
Always be on the lookout for dirty feet and prepared to stop everything and wash them.
Watch educational TV, not stupid TV.
